This job is responsible for different programs which you must be able to install different programs or to work out any problem which is happening with the computer.
Thinks you must know
Ø  You have to be able to install anything you are asked for and you need to have the skills for  it.

Ø  Make sure when someone tells you of a problem they are having that you listen and show them sympathy for the problem they are having. Even if you can't fix the problem right away (need to order part for example) they will not feel like there being ignored.

 You must do
Ø  Never stop learning about new computer technology.
Ø  Train Customers, partners and company staff
Ø  Commitment-begin a course of action and work through it until finished.

Programs you must be able to work with
Ø  Strong MS SQL Server experience (2005, 2008,2008 R2)

Ø   Experience with Microsoft B-I (business intelligence)

Ø   Strong MS Webserver experience

Ø  MS Web Security

Ø  Single sign on and active directory

Ø   Good understanding of IP networks and their configuration
 
Ø  Experience of onsite Customer installations in a complex MS environment

Ø   Experience of trouble shooting installation problems

Ø   Ability to explain software pre-requisites and technologies for Customer staff.

    So that applicants can have a more detailed idea of the characteristics needed for the chosen job, produce a document that can be sent out to applicants explaining why the characteristics are important for the job.

  2. To achieve M1 you have to structure the report like this:
    1 - Describe a characteristic.
    2 - Explain why it's valued.
    3 - Give an example of the characteristic in a work environment.
